Eddie was born and raised in Los Angeles and possesses tech and nonprofit sector experience. His passion for helping families and individuals compelled him to become part of PCSLA’s team, as he has seen first-hand the need for accessible, quality resources in underserved communities.

His professional background includes Paws/LA, a local nonprofit serving low-income HIV communities in Los Angeles County. There, he managed three programs that connected individuals to resources such as transitional and low-income housing, medical care, and veterinary services for their sole pet companions.
